Reviews and Ratings
I woke up at 7 am on a Sunday morning to move to a quieter, roomier room, which was comfortable and clean. However, the room was very small and looked out onto a roof with air conditioning units.
The hotel has a great location with friendly staff, but the rooms were tiny for two people and felt dated. The service was polite but did not go above and beyond. The dining experience was poor with long waits and disappointing quality. Despite these flaws, the location was excellent for families with a toddler.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, but it was disappointingly smaller than pictured online. The staff at the Glenroyle Hotel were polite, but they didn't go the extra mile. The fantastic location was marred by noticeable noises that disrupted my sleep. The dining experience left much to be desired, with freezing conditions and disorganized service.
The hotel rooms were perfect in size with spacious bathrooms but a bit far from the reception, yet conveniently located near the training and function rooms. The location was very good with friendly staff, excellent dining options nearby, and convenient access to public transport. The dining experience offered good value for money with some minor issues.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the initial room was small and incredibly hot, the staff quickly addressed the issue and moved me to a spacious, well-furnished, and clean room. The service was a bit inconsistent but generally friendly and attentive. The location was excellent, despite some inconveniences with parking. The dining experience had good food selections but suffered from unfriendliness. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fabulous! The room was beautifully decorated and of good size, same as the bathroom. The pool and hydrapool were excellent, and the Swedish massage I had on arrival totally relaxed me for the weekend.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and had convenient access to sauna and pool, but the adjoining locked door felt a bit odd. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, although some unexpected charges and outdated room issues were a downside.
My stay at the Glenroyal Hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were chilly and noisy, making it hard to relax, but on the other hand, the staff tried to make amends by offering a partial refund. Overall, a disappointing stay for a special occasion like my partner's birthday.
The hotel has lovely rooms that are comfy, nicely designed, and very clean. However, there were some unexpected issues like a low bath, temperature fluctuation in the shower, and a malfunctioning TV. The lobby was fancy, but the room was a bit of a letdown. The service was amazing, with staff being helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, especially for exploring green areas and near a small shopping center. The dining experience had some ups and downs, with good fresh dishes but some issues with service speed and quality. Overall, a great value for money stay with friendly service and great location.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not impressive; they were small, noisy, and lacked air conditioning, making it stuffy. On the bright side, they were at least clean. The service, however, was exceptional with the staff being very accommodating and responsive. The location was convenient for exploring the tourist attractions in the area, but it was quite busy. The dining options were hit or miss, with some aspects being lovely while others fell short. Overall, there were ups and downs during my stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and helpful with a clean and welcoming feel at first, but the loud aircon unit outside my tiny window made it hard to sleep at night. The service, however, was excellent, with efficient and friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me and even provided a safe place for my bicycle. The location was great for commuting to the Intel facility, but the cold and draughty atmosphere detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, the dining setup was disorganized, making it challenging to order efficiently, but the banquet dinner in the function room was impressive.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great comfort and a few drawbacks. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly quiet and comfortable, but it was uncomfortably hot during the night, and I only noticed the thermostat on my way out.
